needles clicking
the yarn is gliding through my fingers
stitch by stitch by stitch by stitch
I relax
feel the tension of the day ease
the anxiety and fear of life and love lessen
by the simple magic of creating
my heart beats
slower to the rhytm of my knitting
my thoughts turn inwards to the core of my soul
hope is in the making
without this
my hands feel at a loss
rest is in the rhytm, the rhytm makes me rest
