Men nu står det og ser kønt ud inde i stuen. Langt det meste af pynten er produceret i år, men der er også minder fra New Zealand i form af træpynt, og små venindegaver fra tidligere år.
Vi er der næsten. Træet er pyntet, kalkunen er hentet, Magen har haft ferie i en uge allerede og vi er helt og aldeles i feriestemning.
But for now it stands in the living room and looks pretty and spreads joy and excitement. Most of the decorations are made this year (this month in fact), but there are also memories from New Zealand and gifts from friends in former years.
We are almost there. The tree is decorated, the turkey bought, the Mate has been on holiday for a week and we are well into the Christmas gear.

Thanks Di, I like to think about our tree sharing decorations with trees abroad too! 😉
And yes, Ulla, MM doesn’t have a stocking yet, but he’s too wee yet to understand that, so I guess I have a year to manufacture one 😉
